Some people say when it rains it poors. It seems that way at certain times in our lives.  All of us have a choice to let the storms hold us down or to learn how to rise above them. Negativity is readily available when lives obstacles get in our path of dreams and expectations for our lifes. Positivity is harder to seek and hold on to.  As we open our hearts and minds to learn new things about life and about ourselves, Then the change from living with a negative mindset gradually turns into a positive mindset. Learning how to live outside of the negative mindset makes the body and soul line up to the positive outcomes. So, we can either live inside our messed up minds or learn how to live out loud and watch our thinking line up with our doing.
